Join our focused 6-Week Relationship Restoration Program, specially designed for pairs committed to enhancing their communication and connection. In this personalized 2:1 coaching with Dinah, you'll engage in a transformative process to: -Enhance Communication: Elevate your ability to articulate feelings and needs, fostering a culture of openness and understanding. -Understand Trauma's Impact: Delve into the ways past traumas can shape your relationship dynamics, and adopt strategies to navigate these challenges together. -Set SMART Relationship Goals: Define clear, achievable goals that foster progress and satisfaction. -Practice Active Listening: Develop the skill of active listening to ensure both partners feel genuinely heard and deeply understood. -Conflict Resolution Skill Development: Learn effective conflict resolution strategies to address disagreements constructively, turning potential conflicts into opportunities for growth and strengthening your relationship. What's included: -6 Coaching Sessions (60-90 min) -Access to our Online Self-Paced Relationship Restoration Program -Complimentary Medspa Service for two after completing 6 sessions (This services is not covered by insurance plans.)

Cancellation Policy

At Ziva Therapeutic Spa, we understand that plans change. Our goal is to provide each client with the best service possible. As such, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy: 1. **24-Hour Notice:** If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. You can contact us via phone or email. 2. **Late Cancellation Fee:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 3. **No-Show Policy:** Clients who miss an appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the service. 4. **Late Arrival:** If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for their next client. 5. **Packages & Special Offers:** Special terms may apply for cancellations of packages, special offers, or group bookings. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking. 6. **Methods of Communication:** To cancel or reschedule, please email us at yourzivaspa@gmail.com 7. **Confirmation:** We will send you a confirmation email/text once your cancellation has been processed.
