Our relationship counseling services are designed to help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their relationships, fostering stronger bonds and resolving conflicts. Through this process, you'll gain: - Improved Communication: Learn effective, evidence-based strategies to communicate, listen, and understand each other. - Conflict Resolution: Develop strategies to manage and resolve disputes constructively. - Deeper Understanding: Gain insights into your relationship dynamics and understand the impact of trauma on relationships. - Emotional Intimacy: Strengthen emotional connections by building trust and empathy. Private Pay $250/session includes: -60-90-minute counseling session/Restorative Circle -Free Couples Medspa service after completing 4 sessions each month Dinah accepts some insurance plans. Please contact her office directly to discuss your coverage options and how they can be applied to your therapy sessions.
Cancellation Policy
At Ziva Therapeutic Spa, we understand that plans change. Our goal is to provide each client with the best service possible. As such, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy: 1. **24-Hour Notice:** If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. You can contact us via phone or email. 2. **Late Cancellation Fee:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 3. **No-Show Policy:** Clients who miss an appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the service. 4. **Late Arrival:** If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for their next client. 5. **Packages & Special Offers:** Special terms may apply for cancellations of packages, special offers, or group bookings. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking. 6. **Methods of Communication:** To cancel or reschedule, please email us at yourzivaspa@gmail.com 7. **Confirmation:** We will send you a confirmation email/text once your cancellation has been processed. Please retain this confirmation as proof of your cancellation. We strive to provide personalized and prompt service to all of our clients.
