Each guest will receive a unique CR3 Care Gift After the Relational Care Experience, you'll come away with reduced stress, strengthened bonds, increased trust and appreciation for one another, and practical strategies for nurturing your relationship. Cancellation Policy

At Ziva Therapeutic Spa, we understand that plans change. Our goal is to provide each client with the best service possible. As such, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy: 1. **24-Hour Notice:** If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. You can contact us via phone or email. 2. **Late Cancellation Fee:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 3. **No-Show Policy:** Clients who miss an appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the service. 4. **Late Arrival:** If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for their next client. 5. **Packages & Special Offers:** Special terms may apply for cancellations of packages, special offers, or group bookings.
